THREADS OF US

THREADS OF US is a reflection on how we live together, materially, socially, and emotionally, within shared spaces. Starting with the simple gesture of stretching a thread, the project creates a place where DIFFERENCE and COHESION COEXIST. Through the accumulation of gestures, fragments of everyday life are woven together and the work becomes an open metaphor for human interdependence. The place that houses this work is the IL CARMINE Nursery School, a place where the men and women of tomorrow begin to grow up.
