Cabinet of Curiosities

CABINET OF CURIOSITIES is a fanciful installation of a variety of curiosities collected when out and about in nature and then embellished. Displayed in a golden “cabinet”, these delicate, unique treasures are animated by the play of air, sun and moonlight upon them. A mirror expands the installation, reflecting, multiplying, and releasing the treasures back into nature. A recurring theme with my work, the hope is to offer a moment of delight and surprise to passersby. An uplifting invitation to be where you are and revel in the moment. Why? Why not?
