Throwing Caution to the Wind
THROWING CAUTION TO THE WIND is a fanciful, kinetic installation animated by the play of air and sunlight, offering a moment of delight and surprise to passersby. Suspended, abstract shapes give a nod to a dancer throwing caution to the wind - following the music felt in a moment and moving with abandon, led by the energy in the air.
The wire and mesh ‘figures’, anchored by stems, are clad in colorfully accented nature bits - acorn caps, and glass beads. An uplifting reminder to be where you are and joyfully revel in the moment.
