POWER is a neon sculpture that cycles to say "POWER...N POWER...NO POWER..OVER POWER ...M POWER". Power comes from within and is also relevant to one’s environment. Gaining a sense of personal power comes from our family and those around us in our community. State Street holds the promise of spiritual power in places of worship, political power in the mayor, nourishing power in restaurants, personal care spreading among various shops, creative power in art galleries and other cultural events, people power within daily living spaces. The message is of Hope and Courage working together.
