Gnomonclature
A gnomon is the part of a sundial that casts the shadow. These pieces are intended to play off of the shadows created by the moving sun–whether that be from elements of the pieces themselves or that of their surroundings. The artist will be adjusting the pitch and position of the sculptures as the winter sun gets lower in the sky.

Oops, I don't know how it happened, but the traveling tea party came out of hibernation. I heard they wanted to go play outside and I just couldn't resist. I hear fresh air is good for you even if you eat charcoal for a living, so how could I ever say no?
They changed but remained the same, just like we did when the war started and so many lost their homes.

Shroom house
I am an artist. I am a gardener. I am a forager. I am a cook. Mushrooms, whether foraging, cooking, or growing, are all part of my soul. Shroom House is a woven plastic home, housing a plant which when decomposing will form fungal colonies composed of mycelium. The root system of the plant housed in Shroom House, like mycelium, weaves a network that aids our planet, represents woven relationships that aid personal growth and shares itself with the natural world.
